Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, applicants must:
- Be a current Georgia resident and high school junior at the time of application
- Plan to attend a two- or four-year college or university
- Have experienced the loss or absence of their mother due to death or other circumstances
- Participate in the organization's Life Coaching and Grief Counseling Program during their senior year
- Commit to attending at least two virtual life coaching sessions per year while enrolled in college

Selection Process
Applications are carefully reviewed by our Scholarship Selection Committee, with awards based primarily on demonstrated financial need and available funding.
Finalists may be invited to speak with a committee member to share their story and further demonstrate their need. All awards are contingent upon verification of guardian income.
Selected students must submit all required documentation by the designated deadline before receiving their scholarship certificate at the Annual Scholarship Luncheon.
