Thank you for your past support of Students Without Mothers! We hope we can count on you to support our Year-End Pledge Campaign by making a one-time donation or by pledging to become a monthly donor next year. Thanks to our donors, we are able to provide students who are without their mothers with scholarship funds and other resources needed to pursue a college education. Many of the students we support have no other support system, making SWM critical to their success.
Scholarship recipients are selected during their junior year of high school and are required to participate in our year-long life coaching program during their senior year prior to receiving scholarship funds. Other resources provided include life coaching, grief counseling, laptop computers, emergency funds and dormitory supplies. In addition to scholarship funds, coaching and counseling services are available to our students throughout their college years.
Would you be willing to help make life a little easier for a student in need by either making a one-time lump sum donation or pledging to make a monthly donation starting in January?
The cost to provide one student with scholarship support, life coaching, grief counseling, emergency funds and general support is approximately $2,000 per year. Please consider fully supporting one student or providing a portion of the support needed to help one student.

This year has been extremely challenging for our students. Most of them were barely making ends meet prior to the pandemic, and since that time many of them and their guardians are struggling to get the basic essentials needed to survive. They need our help now more than ever. We appreciate the dedication of our donors who continue to allow us to come through for our students, giving them a chance at a brighter future!
