Dear SWM Supporter, On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff at Students Without Mothers, I would like to wish you a healthy and prosperous new year! It is no surprise that this year will also present unique challenges to all of us, as we continue to battle the Coronavirus pandemic and political unrest within our nation’s borders. Our students, who have already faced significant challenges in their lifetime, will need more help than ever to continue their fight to pursue higher education. We appreciate all that you do to sustain our mission of empowering students to help themselves. Because of your support, we continue to provide educational support services to 33 active students during these uncertain times. |

SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE COMING UP – SUBMIT APPLICATIONS NOW THROUGH 1/31/2021 Applications for the Students Without Mothers (SWM) scholarship program are being accepted from now through January 31, 2021 from current high school juniors (graduating Spring 2022)! The program now serves the 21-County Metro Atlanta Area. Please recommend anyone you know who may fit this criteria!  |

Meet Our Board of Directors: Don M. Roman Sr., Chairman of the Board Don Roman joined the SWM Board in 2017 as Chairman of the Board. Has been involved with the organization for many years prior as a corporate sponsor. He is responsible for the development of our Chairman and Director’s Circle programs, which are instrumental in funding our scholarship program.
